New Support Portal

To improve customer service, The Center for Online learning & Teaching Technology is moving to a new ticketing system. We will begin using this new system on Tuesday, December 20th  which will result in us no longer accepting tickets via We kindly ask that you submit requests through our new support portal at so that we may efficiently address any questions.

Calls to the Help Desk will be handled the same as before, but now you will be receiving confirmation and follow-up e-mails when the task has been completed. Be assured that is a legitimate e-mail and does not ask you to enter any credentials or personal information. We are excited by the capabilities of this new system.

We are most excited to offer 24/7 phone and chat support. Starting Tuesday, December 20th you can call our main office numbers, 956-882-6792 or 956-665-5327, at any time and speak to a support representative. This support will be available over the winter break.
