New Support Portal
To improve customer service, The Center for Online learning & Teaching Technology is moving to a new ticketing system. We will begin using this new system on Tuesday, December 20th which will result in us no longer accepting tickets via email@example.com. We kindly ask that you submit requests through our new support portal at UTRGV.edu/coltthelp so that we may efficiently address any questions.
Calls to the Help Desk will be handled the same as before, but now you will be receiving confirmation and follow-up e-mails when the task has been completed. Be assured that firstname.lastname@example.org is a legitimate e-mail and does not ask you to enter any credentials or personal information. We are excited by the capabilities of this new system.
24/7 Blackboard Support
We are most excited to offer 24/7 phone and chat support. Starting Tuesday, December 20th you can call our main office numbers, 956-882-6792 or 956-665-5327, at any time and speak to a support representative. This support will be available over the winter break.
